Trond has a degree in IT / electronics from Høgskolen i Narvik and an MBA from BI in Oslo. His career has been oriented towards industry, with particular emphasis on the development of software applications and technical equipment for the food production industry.
Trond has participated and lead various national and international research and development projects, both independently and when employed in Scanvaegt AS and Titech Visionsort AS, amongst others. He has developed a broad expertise in the industry and has insight into, and experience with, the challenges of administrating and managing knowledge-intensive organisations.
He spends his spare time with family and friends. He likes to stay in shape through both summer and winter activities. He spends time in the mountains, together with his daughter and his wife, as often as he can.
